A CAREER DESIGNED BY REAL ESTATE PROS’ NEEDS
Starting in 2010, April Sarcelle began creating processes and marketing for real estate professionals. Quickly being picked up by one of Denver’s top brokerages (RE/MAX of Cherry Creek), she developed an in-depth understanding of brokers’ needs. April was the first in the metro area to provide semi-custom, locally-based online marketing services for brokerages. Quarterly consultations with 40+ agents for several years provides an incredible education! She’s had the privilege of helping some of the top 1% producers in Denver and the nation.
Relationships, excellence, integrity, creativity, and consistency drives April and her services. Many of her clients have been with her since 2010. She’s passionate about tuning into her clients to empower their business. Understanding every agent, lender, and team is different, April finds it fun to design solutions that not only fit their unique needs, but with an efficient process which saves them time, money, and effort.
April started developing her skills in design, processes, and program management as soon as she started college. By the time she received her Bachelor of Arts at the University of the Cumberlands, she had a full scholarship as she directed and designed the school’s largest charity program which incorporated 200+ students and out-of-state groups who served hundreds of kids throughout Appalachia. After receiving her Master of Arts at Denver Seminary, April started climbing the non-profit ladder working for amazing organizations like Excelsior Youth Center in Aurora (she founded their creative arts program which helps youth develop leadership skills).
Adventure and creativity fuel April’s life. She’s lived in the Netherlands for a year (working for a non-profit in the Red Light District) and spent time exploring Europe, Russia, and Central America. Singing blues music, improv acting, dancing, puppies, living outdoors, and gardening are a few of her favorite things.
